Captives
Captives or rent-a-captives have many advantages. Like traditional insurance, they can respond to multi-coverage and multi-state programs. Clients who use captives avoid commercial insurers’ overhead expenses and receive back any underwriting profits and investment income.
Our rent-a-captive program offers approved, segregated accounts providing “protected cells” for clients. Individual accounts with standard premiums greater than $1 million or program business over $2 million are eligible.
