Restaurant Franchise Captive Program II
Avizent offers an innovative risk-sharing captive designed specifically for restaurant franchisees. The program covers all lines of business, including workers’ compensation, auto liability, general liability and property. It is backed by a national A-rated carrier, who issues the policies and provides the reinsurance.
This captive program offers two options based on the level of risk:
- Entrée – Participants assume 100% of the risk and in return, secure profits returned if the program is well-managed.
- Appetizer – Participants have the opportunity to share one-third of the risk, along with Avizent and the broker, and have the potential to receive 50% of the profits returned from premiums.
Eligibility
Insurance brokers who have experience in the restaurant industry or captive market are eligible. They can offer this program as an option for small and mid-sized restaurant franchisees nationwide.
