Group rating program sponsors conduct marketing campaigns. Employers fill out and submit AC-3s, or Temporary Authorization forms, to get group rating program savings estimates.
July 2009
BWC issues payroll reports for the January 1-June 30, 2009 payroll period, which reflects group rating discounts for those who enrolled in group rating programs in February 2008. Premium payments are due in August.
October-December 2009
Group rating savings estimates and enrollment invitations are issued to employers who submitted AC-3s.
January 2010
BWC issues payroll reports for the July 1-December 31, 2009 payroll period, reflecting group rating discounts for those who enrolled in group rating programs in February 2009.
February 2010
Deadline for group rating enrollment for the rating year beginning July 1, 2010. Discounts received will be reflected in payroll reports issued in January and July 2011.
