  • Investigation is initiated on claims within 24 hours, using three-point contact
  • A diary is created on all active, litigated claims within five days of the initial report
  • We ensure adjudication of medical fee bills within 10 days, and a three day standard when establishing reserves
  • We will assist with the preparation and submission of state reports
  • Case management is provided as appropriate for complex and catastrophic cases
  • We can assist with recovery from appropriate third parties, such as excess insurance carriers and subrogation
  • All active and open claims are reviewed quarterly
